Contract Update

We are anticipating contracts coming out sometime this week. We are still asking employees to adhere to the statement we released yesterday. It is easier said than done, but please remain calm. SEA is working with administration and members on both boards to get this budget issue solved.

SEA is advising all employees to hold off on signing your contract until you receive the green light from your building representative. SEA is questioning the compensation adjustment that was released on June 4th. SEA understood the budget passed on May 20th included a pay raise of 5.5% with 1% going to VRS. The amounts don't add up on the adjustment. Please stay informed by Facebook, our blog and building reps.
