Representatives from SEA met with the Assistant Superintendents yesterday afternoon and had a productive beginning conversation about Standard 7 and binders. We will meet again next week and continue the conversation along with discussing workplace bullying. We need your input regarding solutions. What are your suggestions about how this Standard 7 can be handled more efficiently? What are things that admin can do to relieve some of the pressure and stress?
