Colleagues,
I am truly honored to be serving with such an awesome group of people. Thank you to all who came last night wearing red and to those who spoke. I am sure there were also many behind the scenes sending emails, watching the meeting, and providing support to those that spoke. I thank you too. The fight is not over though. The next important meeting is the Board of Supervisors' Public Hearing on April 9th. SEA will be sponsoring a tailgate party before the meeting. Further details will follow. People need to come to that meeting, wearing red, and continue to support the funding of our schools. Please plan to attend.
